All quotations provided by Durajoin are free of charge and without obligation unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and may be revised following a site survey, changes to specifications, or additional customer requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • The customer has approved the quotation.

Any changes requested after production has commenced may result in additional charges and revised installation dates.

5. Measurements

Where customers provide their own measurements, they are responsible for their accuracy.
